Qualifications:
Must be interested in and have a caring attitude toward the residents regardless of age, race, religion, gender, nationality or mental status. Must demonstrate an appreciation of the heritage, values and wisdom of the residents and an understanding of the aging process.  Must have evidence of good physical health and ability to lift weights of 50 pounds.  Ability to carry out the following physical functions adequately: balancing, climbing, crouching, grasping, kneeling, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, standing, stooping, sitting, and walking. Must understand and respect the need for confidentiality in regard to the details of any assignment and the situations of the family involved.  Must abide by the personnel policies set forth in the Personnel Handbook of RMC.  Must have the ability to read, write and speak English in order to understand and carry out instructions and effectively work with the residents and staff.  Must work primarily with adult and elderly residents.

Full-time:  11:00am - 7:30pm.  Would include every other weekend and holiday. 

Qualifications:
Must be 16 yrs of age. Must be able to communicate and establish relationship with other employees and with residents.  Some high school education preferred but no experience required.  Must be able to follow instructions and work diligently.  Must be able to interact with employees of various ages, beginning with high school level.  Limited elderly interaction occurs.

Qualifications:
Currently completed PA Department of Health approved nursing assistant classes. Good physical and mental health with a desire to progress in knowledge. Possess ability to deal tactfully with residents, families, staff and others. Must have patience, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm for caring for the elderly. Good physical and mental health with a willingness to learn. Ability to follow direct supervision in a cooperative and positive manner. Basic reading and writing skills and ability to speak English. Ability to stand, walk, bend and squat for prolonged periods. Ability to push and pull objects and lift and carry up to 20 pounds, unassisted on a frequent basis (occasionally up to 50 pounds unassisted). Full use of gross fine motor skills of upper arms and lower extremities (i.e. to perform multiple tasks). Works primarily with adult and elderly residents.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse with current PA license. At least one year of experience as a Charge Nurse in Long Term Care. Knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulations governing LTC. Knowledge of various payment systems*PPS, MA, HMO and Medicare. Able to communicate effectively with others and exhibit leadership among staff. Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills. Excellent assessment skills and ability to evaluate residents needs and care. Able to respond to emergency situations and assess situations accurately with appropriate responses. Able to interpret new information and teach other staff members. Possess initiative, good judgment, dependability and good moral character. Good physical and mental health with an interest in geriatric nursing. Able to be flexible and adapt to new ideas and changes in a positive manner. Basic reading and writing skills and ability to speak English.
